About Pokit Friends
Pokit Friends, LLC was created by Deborah Craig. Ms. Craig is an experienced, dedicated music teacher with a profound understanding of the cognitive effects music has on its listeners. Ms. Craig’s music teaching spans 38 years and continues to develop her passion for the education of young children through music. Ms. Craig has witnessed firsthand the impact music has on her students’ academic achievement as well as their emotional and social development. Her musical journey has led her to the realization that teachers must adapt their teaching styles to match the individual learning needs of their students. Driven by this realization, Ms. Craig has embarked on a mission to de-escalate through music by the use of her virtual program which includes original music, stories and videos that address issues children encounter daily.
